I have already received this one – it took it about 2-3 weeks to arrive. Mine came with a good supply of pre-measured salt packets as well. It’s a great little pot.
I SWEAR by my Neti Pot. I’ve used one for years, and I rarely, if ever, have any nasal sinus issues. These are especially great during allergy season. It was nice to get a new one – now Chip has one too. Sage can’t ‘use’ one. He tries to drown himself because he refuses to follow directions.
Ok, here’s the deal on them: They are an ancient Ayurvedic method for washing out the nose. (That’s the very old medicine system from India.) The idea is that if you keep the pollen and allergens out of the sinuses, they will be healthier.
I’d heard of friends that swore by them, but I didn’t have a clue how they worked. I found this video online and it finally helped me understand, so I’ll post it here for you!

The basic method just uses an isotonic salt water solution. Ancient Ayurvedic medicine has some other irrigation mixtures for various ailments. I’ve only used the saline solution and it’s worked great for me.
